Whether that is an environment, a position, or music. Regardless of what you use to make yourself relaxed, you will ultimately be creating a better atmosphere from which to eliminate and deal with stress.

3. Sleep.

Sleep is one of the most underrated tips in order to eliminate stress in your life. By sleeping at normal hours and giving your body enough rest, your body will stop overproducing adrenaline hormones. These hormones keep your body in a state of shock/alertness which is the main result of the stress induced hair loss.

4. Proper Diet.

A proper diet is essential to reducing the amount of stress levels in your life. It is important to eat a diet rich in protein and low in sugar. Over consumption of sugar can cause more adrenaline to be produced in the body.
